1.CASTING/CREWING -
--The Leeds filmmakers coalition are looking for trusted people to help us run the group and have certain roles to fill to keep things ticking over. If you have an interest in helping out then please give us a shout and we can tell you what needs to be filled and how you can help and support our little community.

2.LOCATIONS -
--Richard Sadowskyj one of our newest members is looking for a rehearsal space to film some camera tests for an upcoming feature film he is producing called 'Dream chasers'. It doesn't have to be a huge space but enough room to get small cast and crew with some lighting and camera equipment.

4.WORKSHOPS -
--Anyone wishing to run a workshop please contact us we want to build programme of free workshop for members run by members with skills and knowledge.


--Basic scripwriting workshops are available if enough interest is show and will run on a cycle.


--Advanced scriptwriting workshops are in the process of being tested in Brighton and will be available once they have been tested. again please show interest.

5. FILM CHALLENGES -

6.FESTIVALS, COMPETITIONS, SCREENINGS, EXHIBITIONS
--The 'West Yorkshire Independent Film Network' Will be launching their first monthly film competition entitled '112' starting on the first tuesday (2nd) of November. more information as it becomes available.

--Plans are a foot in the tarting up process, any points you want to add, please contact us.
We are revamping and redesigning and will have separate coalition websites for each branch and will enable us to share information and build a database of local talent and support.

8.GENERAL INFO & NEW PEOPLE
--We are happy announce we are aligned with the 'West Yorkshire independent Film Network' and will be working closely with them. Consider them as family. We will be supporting each other, crossing roles and groups and offering a range of resources, networking and exciting things to get people making films.


--This is the first of a weekly bulletin providing local film, coalition and related media information.


--Any info on local and national events related to our interests, let us know or add it to the main website.
